  • Tater tots or hash browns
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Large tortillas

How To Make Freezer-Ready Breakfast Burritos

Cook the Sausage and Eggs: Start by cooking the breakfast sausage in a skillet until fully browned. Once it’s done, crack the eggs into the skillet and cook them together with the sausage.

Prepare the Hash Browns: Cook your tater tots or hash browns according to the package instructions. Once done, chop them up into smaller pieces for easier layering in the burritos.

Assemble the Burritos: Lay out your tortillas, and add a scoop of the sausage and egg mixture, followed by a layer of hash browns. Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 pack Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage
  • 1/2 bag tater tots or small hash browns
  • Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 12 large tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet cook your sausage add in your eggs once sausage is fully cooked
  • In the oven cook your hash browns according to package chop up once cooked
  • Once all is cooked it’s time to assemble your burritos
  • Layer your burrito meat and egg mixture hashbrowns and sprinkle cheese on top
  • Roll burritos in foil or parchment paper and store in an airtight bag
