Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup noodles of choice macaroni, rotini, or shells work well
  • Mild cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow Dutch oven, brown the ground beef and diced onion until the meat is cooked through and the onion is softened.
  • Add the tomato paste, garlic powder, and chili powder to the pot. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring to combine.
  • Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Add in the noodles and cook on medium heat until they are al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.
