  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Shredded carrots
  • Minced garlic
  • Cornstarch
  • Small Yukon potatoes
  • Sour cream
  • Chicken broth
  • Velveeta cheese
  • Magic Meat seasoning
  • Kinder’s Hamburger seasoning
  • Creole Trinity & Herb seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make Cheeseburger Soup

Brown the beef
Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with Magic Meat + Kinder’s Hamburger seasoning. Cook until browned, then drain off the grease.

Add aromatics
Stir in the diced onion, shredded carrots, and minced garlic. Let them cook until softened and fragrant.

Add potatoes
Toss in the diced Yukon potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes to start them softening.

Build the broth
Pour in the chicken broth, then add the sour cream, Velveeta cubes, and Creole Trinity & Herb seasoning. Stir until the cheese starts melting into the soup.

Simmer until tender
Cover and continue cooking until the potatoes are fork-tender and the soup is thickening naturally.

Thicken & finish
Mix cornstarch with a splash of broth or water to form a slurry, then stir it into the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cheeseburger Soup

This creamy Cheeseburger Soup combines ground beef, potatoes, Velveeta, and seasonings for a hearty, family-friendly meal with classic burger flavor in a bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small or 1/2 large onion diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tbsp mince garlic
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 bag small Yukon potatoes diced small
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 32 oz chicken broth
  • 16 oz velvets cheese
  • 2 tbsp magic meat seasoning
  • 1 tbsp kinders hamburger
  • 2 tbsp Creole Trinity and herb
  • S&P to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a pot cook your meat, season (magic meat and kinders) and drain out the grease. Add in your onions, carrots, and garlic. Let cook till soft
  • Add in potato’s and let cook 5 minutes.
  • Add in your broth, sour cream, and cheese and more creole Trinity and herb.
  • Cover sbd let cook till potatoes soft, add in cornstarch and S&P as needed.
