Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin puree
  • 1 box spice cake mix

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree and spice cake mix until smooth and combined.
  • Line a muffin tin with liners or spray with non-stick spray. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with batter.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as is, or top with cinnamon sugar or cream cheese icing for an extra touch!
