Ingredients

  • Premade or Homemade Meatballs – About 12-16 meatballs depending on preference
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce like Raos or your favorite brand
  • 1 Shallot finely diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • Parmesan Cheese for garnish
  • Noodles of Choice – Fettuccine spaghetti, or any pasta you love
  • Seasonings:
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Cajun Spice for a bit of heat
  • Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. Add the minced shallots and garlic, cooking until they’re soft and translucent.
  • Add the Alfredo Sauce and Seasonings: Pour in the Alfredo sauce, then add salt, pepper, Cajun spice, and a dash of garlic powder. Stir well and bring the sauce to a gentle boil, letting the flavors combine.
  • Simmer the Meatballs: Add the premade or homemade meatballs to the sauce. Stir to coat them fully, and let them cook through for about 10 minutes on low heat, allowing the sauce to infuse into the meatballs.
  • Prepare the Noodles: While the meatballs are cooking, boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside once they’re done.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Plate the noodles, spoon the creamy Alfredo meatballs over the top, and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!
