Arnold Palmer Cupcakes

Ingredients

box lemon cake mix

cups
water
▢
2
bags of tea
▢
⅓
cup
oil
▢
3
eggs
▢
2
tbsp
sugar
▢
Buttercream icing
homemade or store-bought
Instructions
Boil 2 cups of water and steep 2 bags of tea in it for 5-7 minutes. You will need 1 cup of this for the recipe. Let it cool.
Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Line a cupcake tray with liners and fill each cup about ¾ of the way.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the middle is done.
Top with buttercream frosting and garnish with a lemon wedge!
