Arnold Palmer Cupcakes

Try these delicious Arnold Palmer Cupcakes made with lemon cake and brewed tea. Topped with buttercream icing and a lemon wedge, they’re a refreshing and fun dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bags of tea
  • cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Buttercream icing homemade or store-bought

Instructions
 

  • Boil 2 cups of water and steep 2 bags of tea in it for 5-7 minutes. You will need 1 cup of this for the recipe. Let it cool.
  • Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Line a cupcake tray with liners and fill each cup about ¾ of the way.
  • Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the middle is done.
  • Top with buttercream frosting and garnish with a lemon wedge!
