Rub all spices: Rub thyme, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and cumin all over the brisket to coat evenly.
Prepare Dutch oven: At the bottom of the Dutch oven, add 1 cup of water, the brisket, Worcestershire sauce, and half of the BBQ sauce.
Bake: Cover and bake in the oven at 350°F for 3-4 hours until the brisket is tender and falling apart.
Shred and finish: Remove from the oven, shred the brisket, add the remaining BBQ sauce, and return to the oven uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes.
