Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 2 cans of chicken drained
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp oregano

Topping Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce chopped
  • Parmesan cheese for topping
  • Croutons or sautéed mushrooms for crunch
  • Caesar dressing @marzetti or your favorite brand

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • In a bowl, mix the drained chicken, shredded Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and oregano. Form a crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Top the crust with romaine lettuce, extra Parmesan, croutons or mushrooms, and Caesar dressing.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh Caesar Salad Pizza!
