Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a bowl, mix the drained chicken, shredded Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and oregano. Form a crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Top the crust with romaine lettuce, extra Parmesan, croutons or mushrooms, and Caesar dressing.
