Rinse the chicken breasts, pat them dry, and season with avocado oil, salt and pepper, Badia Complete Seasoning, Poultry Magic, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
In a cast iron skillet, brown the chicken on both sides. Cover and cook through until done.
Place a slice of mozzarella on each chicken breast. Cover until cheese is melted. Turn off the heat, then top with a slice of tomato, fresh basil, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

For the best flavor, gently slap the basil to release its aroma before placing it on the chicken. Serve immediately and enjoy!
