Ingredients

  • 16 oz lump crab meat drained and picked over for shells
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • ½ bunch green onions finely sliced
  • 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Magic Spice seafood seasoning
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ –2 cups Kraft Creamy Melt Italian blend cheese for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, sour cream, whipped cream cheese, chopped artichokes, garlic, green onions, Cajun seasoning, seafood seasoning, shredded and grated Parmesan cheeses.
  • Stir until everything is evenly mixed and creamy.
  • Spoon mixture into a cast iron skillet or baking dish.
  • Top generously with Kraft Creamy Melt Italian cheese.
  • Bake uncovered for 20–22 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with a golden top.
  • Serve immediately with toasted crostinis, crackers, or baguette slices.
