Cottage Cheese High Protein Deviled Eggs

Cottage cheese high protein deviled eggs are the perfect protein-packed appetizer or snack. Ingredients

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp pepperoncini diced
  • Splash of peperoncini juice
  • 1/2 tsp dill
  • S&P to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the bottom of the hard boiled eggs in a jagged pattern, take the top off and scrape the inside into the bowl. (I find a chop stick works best)
  • Make the rest of the ingredients together, pipe the filing into the tulip flower.
  • Poke a hole with your chop stick and the bottom and insert your green onion for the stem, make a bouquet and add a ribbon for the now
