Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat of choice
  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 red or green bell pepper diced
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 8 oz block of cream cheese
  • 1 can black beans drained
  • 14-16 oz beef broth
  • 2-3 packets of taco seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Topping options:
  • Avocado
  • Cilantro
  • Shredded cheese

Instructions

  • Brown your ground meat until cooked, add in your onion, garlic, and bell pepper and sauté until soft.
  • Add in the rotel, seasonings, kidney beans, black beans and cream cheese. Cook until all melted together.
  • Add in your broth, cover and cook about 20 minutes until your desired thickness
