2boxes of Zatarains honey butter cornbread or Jiffy
2eggs beaten
1stick butter melted
1/2stick buttercubed (cold)
2cream corn can
3frozen corn bags
8ozsour cream
1/2cuptriple cheddar shredded
Instructions
Mix everything together in a bowl other than the cold 1/2 of butter. Add 2 tbsp of broth if using canned peas.
Spray a 9 x13 casserole dish and pour mixture in. Top with cold butter all over and bake on 350 for 45minutes to an hour. Test with a toothpick in the middle to make sure it comes clean.
Allow 20-30 minutes for it out of the oven to set.
