Easy One-Pot Beef & Broccoli Ramen Skillet
A 30-minute, better-than-takeout dinner made in one pan.

sesame oil

small onion
finely chopped

minced garlic

minced or grated ginger

ground beef or ground turkey
¼
cup
tamari
coconut aminos, or soy sauce

tbsp
honey

–4 cups broccoli florets

2 cups beef broth
2
3-oz packages dry ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
½
cup
chopped green onions
Sesame seeds
for garnish
Chili oil or chili crunch
for topping
Instructions
Build the flavor base.
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté 2–3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
Cook the meat.
Add ground beef or turkey. Break apart and cook until starting to brown.
Add sauce.
Stir in tamari (or soy sauce) and honey.
Let cook until meat is fully browned and coated in the sauce.
Drain excess grease if needed.
Steam the broccoli.
Add broccoli, stir, cover, and cook 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.
Cook the ramen.
Pour in beef broth. Add dry ramen noodles.
Cover and simmer 4–5 minutes, until noodles are tender.
Finish & garnish.
Stir everything together.
Top with green onions, sesame seeds, and a drizzle of chili oil or chili crunch.
