Line a baking sheet, tray, or cutting board with parchment paper.
Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
Dip each pretzel rod halfway into the melted white chocolate, twisting as you dip to coat all sides evenly.
Immediately sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Place the dipped pretzels on the prepared parchment-lined surface.
Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to speed up the process.
Arrange on a serving board and enjoy!
