Firecracker Pretzel Rods

These festive chocolate-dipped pretzel rods are the perfect sweet-and-salty addition to any Fourth of July dessert board, cookout, or fireworks party.

Ingredients

  • Pretzel rods as many as desired
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 –2 teaspoons coconut oil
  • Red white, and blue sprinkles, or your favorite festive sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet, tray, or cutting board with parchment paper.
  • Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
  • Dip each pretzel rod halfway into the melted white chocolate, twisting as you dip to coat all sides evenly.
  • Immediately sprinkle with red, white, and blue sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  • Place the dipped pretzels on the prepared parchment-lined surface.
  • Allow the chocolate to harden completely at room temperature, or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to speed up the process.
  • Arrange on a serving board and enjoy!
