Toast the bread until golden brown.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic aioli and fresh dill.
Spread the garlic dill aioli generously on both slices of toasted bread.
Layer the butter lettuce on the bottom slice of bread.
Add the heirloom tomato slices and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Top with the crispy bacon.
Fry the egg to your preferred doneness and place it on top of the bacon.
Finish with the remaining slice of bread.
Slice in half and serve immediately.
