Grilled Brie with Honey, Pistachios & Apples

8 oz wheel Président® Brie
1/4
cup
unshelled pistachios

tablespoons
honey
plus more for serving
Seasonal fresh fruit such as apple slices
Pinch
of salt
Crostinis
for serving
Instructions
Preheat the Grill
Heat your grill to 350°F.
Score the Brie
Using a sharp knife, lightly score the top of the Brie in a crosshatch pattern.
Warm the Brie
Place the Brie in a lightly greased 8–10 inch cast iron skillet.
Set the skillet on the preheated grill, close the lid, and warm for 5–7 minutes, until soft and melty.
Add Toppings
Arrange apple slices and pistachios around and on top of the Brie.
Close the grill and warm for an additional 2–3 minutes to soften the fruit.
Finish With Honey
Drizzle the warm Brie generously with honey and add a sprinkle of salt.
Serve
Serve immediately with crostinis for dipping. Enjoy!
