Grilled Brie with Honey, Pistachios & Apples

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz wheel Président® Brie
  • 1/4 cup unshelled pistachios
  • 2 tablespoons honey plus more for serving
  • Seasonal fresh fruit such as apple slices
  • Pinch of salt
  • Crostinis for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Grill

  • Heat your grill to 350°F.

Score the Brie

  • Using a sharp knife, lightly score the top of the Brie in a crosshatch pattern.

Warm the Brie

  • Place the Brie in a lightly greased 8–10 inch cast iron skillet.
  • Set the skillet on the preheated grill, close the lid, and warm for 5–7 minutes, until soft and melty.

Add Toppings

  • Arrange apple slices and pistachios around and on top of the Brie.
  • Close the grill and warm for an additional 2–3 minutes to soften the fruit.

Finish With Honey

  • Drizzle the warm Brie generously with honey and add a sprinkle of salt.

Serve

  • Serve immediately with crostinis for dipping. Enjoy!
