In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, burger seasoning, salt, and pepper until browned and fully cooked. Set aside.
In a separate pan, cook sliced onions low and slow until soft and golden brown. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pickle juice until smooth.
Dice the tomatoes and pickles. Shred the cheese if needed. Cook fries according to preference.
Layer shredded lettuce in each bowl. Add a scoop of cooked beef, fries, tomatoes, pickles, caramelized onions, and cheese. Drizzle with special sauce.
