Guilt-Free Crispy Treats

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Kerrygold or Vital Farms butter any brand works too
  • 1 package gluten-free marshmallows
  • 6 cups organic brown rice cereal
  • 2-4 tbsp. coconut sugar

Instructions

  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in the brown rice cereal and coconut sugar until well coated.
  • Press the mixture into a greased glass dish. Let cool, then cut into squares.
  • Enjoy these healthier crispy treats anytime!
