These Hot Dog Chili Sliders combine Blue Runner chili, cheese, mayo, and One Pot Momma seasoning for a quick, melty, crowd-pleasing meal or party snack.

Ingredients

  • 12 hot dog buns
  • 12 hot dogs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Shredded cheese cheddar or a blend
  • One Pot Momma Trinity Seasoning
  • Blue Runner Four Bean Chili Starter

Instructions

  • Prep the Buns: Preheat oven to 375°F. Place the connected sheet of hot dog buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet or casserole dish.
  • Assemble the Sliders: Spread a thin layer of mayo inside each bun. Spoon a small amount of Blue Runner Four Bean Chili Starter into the bun, then add a split hot dog. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  • Layer the Flavor: Spoon more chili over the top, sprinkle with One Pot Momma Trinity Seasoning, and finish with an extra layer of cheese.
  • Bake Until Melty: Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the buns are lightly toasted around the edges.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Serve immediately while warm and gooey, perfect with napkins and good company!
