Ingredients

  • 12 oz goat cheese
  • 4 tbsp whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon zested
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 –3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and puree until smooth.
  • Serve with crostini, in a bowl as a dip, etc!
