Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and season with CTH seasoning. Sear for 1 to 2 minutes per side until pink and slightly golden. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Pour in the lobster bisque. Add a small amount of water to the empty container, swish it around to collect all the remaining bisque, and pour that in too.
Let the bisque come to a gentle simmer. Add the ravioli, cover with a lid, and cook for about 5 minutes until the ravioli are cooked through and tender. Taste and season with salt, pepper, and more CTH if needed.
Add the seared shrimp back in right before serving. Don't let them sit in the hot bisque for long or they'll get rubbery. Serve immediately.
