Ingredients

  • 1 can of albacore tuna drained
  • 1 tbsp pepperonicinis diced
  • 1 tsp Pepperoncini juice
  • 2 ribs of celery diced
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • Salt & pepper to taste I like extra pepper
  • Optional Accompaniments: Chaloula hot sauce and your favorite cracker!

Instructions

  • Start by draining your canned tuna and tossing it into a bowl.
  • Add in the diced pepperoncinis, celery, minced ginger, and a spoonful of mayo.
  • Pour in a little of that pepperoncini juice for extra zing.
  • Mix everything together until well combined, then season it with salt and pepper.
  • Give it a taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. If you like heat, a few dashes of hot sauce won’t hurt.
  • Serve it however you like: crackers, toast, lettuce cups, or straight from the bowl.
