Start by draining your canned tuna and tossing it into a bowl.
Add in the diced pepperoncinis, celery, minced ginger, and a spoonful of mayo.
Pour in a little of that pepperoncini juice for extra zing.
Mix everything together until well combined, then season it with salt and pepper.
Give it a taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. If you like heat, a few dashes of hot sauce won’t hurt.
Serve it however you like: crackers, toast, lettuce cups, or straight from the bowl.
