In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, pimento cheese, green onions, pecans, and dried cranberries until well combined.
Shape the mixture into one large ball or several smaller balls.
Use the back of a rounded spoon or similar tool to press indentations all over the surface to make it look like a golf ball.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
Serve on a bed of lettuce with crackers alongside.
