Salmon Boursin Pasta

Whip up this quick and easy 5-minute salmon pasta! Made with salmon, spinach, cherry tomatoes, creamy Boursin Cheese, and your favorite low-carb base for a healthy, flavorful dinner in under 25 minutes.

  • Pour orzo in bottom of a baking dish. Add chicken broth and mix well.
  • Sprinkle Creole Trinity and Herb Seasoning on top of orzo and broth mixture.
  • Slice grape tomatoes in half and pour into dish.
  • Add diced salmon to dish.
  • Add spinach in middle of dish.
  • Add Boursin cheese on top of the spinach.
  • Cover with foil and pop it in the oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Then uncover, and cook for another 10 minutes at 375.

Notes

Low carb option of choice: protein pasta, microwave pasta, steamed cauliflower cauliflower, steamed broccoli, zoodles, etc…
