Salmon Boursin Pasta
Whip up this quick and easy 5-minute salmon pasta! Made with salmon, spinach, cherry tomatoes, creamy Boursin Cheese, and your favorite low-carb base for a healthy, flavorful dinner in under 25 minutes.

Salmon
Cherry tomatoes

cup
of spinach
1
block of Boursin Cheese
garlic & Herb
2
cups
chicken broth
1
cup
orzo
Creole Trinity and Herb Seasoning
Instructions
Pour orzo in bottom of a baking dish. Add chicken broth and mix well.
Sprinkle Creole Trinity and Herb Seasoning on top of orzo and broth mixture.
Slice grape tomatoes in half and pour into dish.
Add diced salmon to dish.
Add spinach in middle of dish.
Add Boursin cheese on top of the spinach.
Cover with foil and pop it in the oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Then uncover, and cook for another 10 minutes at 375.
Notes
Low carb option of choice: protein pasta, microwave pasta, steamed cauliflower cauliflower, steamed broccoli, zoodles, etc…
