Preheat oven to 350°F.
On a large sheet pan, add the sliced bell peppers and onion.
Add the chicken strips or diced chicken to the pan.
Drizzle olive oil over everything.
Sprinkle with the fajita seasoning, salt, pepper, and Kinder’s Avocado Lime seasoning.
Squeeze the lime juice over the entire pan.
Toss everything together directly on the sheet pan until evenly coated.
Spread everything out into an even layer.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
