Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

An easy, flavorful dinner that all cooks together on one pan. Perfect for tacos, bowls, or salads.

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper sliced longways
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced longways
  • 1 orange bell pepper sliced longways
  • 1 small onion yellow or purple, sliced
  • 2 –3 chicken breasts or chicken thighs cut into strips or bite-size fajita pieces
  • 2 –3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Kinder’s Avocado Lime seasoning optional but recommended
  • 1 lime squeezed over everything

Optional Toppings

  • Sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Guacamole
  • Tortillas or lettuce for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • On a large sheet pan, add the sliced bell peppers and onion.
  • Add the chicken strips or diced chicken to the pan.
  • Drizzle olive oil over everything.
  • Sprinkle with the fajita seasoning, salt, pepper, and Kinder’s Avocado Lime seasoning.
  • Squeeze the lime juice over the entire pan.
  • Toss everything together directly on the sheet pan until evenly coated.
  • Spread everything out into an even layer.
  • Bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
