Place ham in slow cooker and pour pineapple juice into the bottom. Brush with melted butter and honey, getting between slices. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours.
Preheat broiler to HIGH. Transfer ham to a foil-lined roasting pan.
Mix sugar, salt, onion powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and paprika. Pat half over ham and broil until caramelized.
In a saucepan, combine remaining sugar mix with 3 Tbsp water, ham juices, or bourbon. Boil 1 minute, then remove from heat.
Brush glaze over ham, broil again for 1–2 minutes (watch carefully), then let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
