In a large mixing bowl, combine the Honey Nut Cheerios, Chex cereal, mini pretzels, white cheddar popcorn, M&M’s, and sprinkles.
Add the white chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and melted.
Pour the melted white chocolate over the snack mix and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture into an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Let sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens, about 30–45 minutes. For quicker results, place it in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes.
Break into clusters and serve.
