Sweet & Salty Pretzels

Easy sweet and salty pretzels made with caramel butter, chocolate chips, toffee bits, and Parmesan. The perfect crunchy snack for parties, holidays, or gifting.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bag of pretzels
  • 1 cup butter or 2 sticks
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 bag toffee bits
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a saucepan melt your butter and whisk in brown sugar and vanilla till combined and bubbling.
  • Add your pretzels to a bowl or directly to sheet pan, add your butter mixture on top and stir together to coat all of the pretzels.
  • Add your toffee bits, chocolate chips, and a sprinkle of Parmesan on top and bake on 350 for 6-8 minutes until most chocolate is melted
  • Top with more Parmesan (optional: but highly recommend) and serve or store!
