Lay out the crescent dough and cut it into your desired shapes.
Combine all the strawberry jam ingredients in a pot on the stove and cook until thickened.
Layer the pastries with cream cheese, add strawberry jam, and place another pastry layer on top. Seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
Bake the pastries in the oven at 400°F for 20-22 minutes or until fully cooked.
Top the pastries with either frosting or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
