Instructions
Prep the veggies:
Dice the Grillo’s pickles, jalapeño, and green onions. Pat the pickles dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Make the creamy base:
In a mixing bowl, stir together the whipped cream cheese, sour cream, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and hot sauce until smooth.
Add the mix-ins:
Fold in the diced pickles, jalapeño, green onions, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and diced chicken. Mix until fully combined.
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken and allow flavors to blend.
Serve:
