Ingredients

Base

  • 1 container Grillo’s pickles diced
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • ½ cup green onion sliced
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 8 oz container whipped cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

Mix-Ins

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup bacon bits
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken

Instructions

Prep the veggies:

  • Dice the Grillo’s pickles, jalapeño, and green onions. Pat the pickles dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Make the creamy base:

  • In a mixing bowl, stir together the whipped cream cheese, sour cream, Greek yogurt, ranch seasoning, and hot sauce until smooth.

Add the mix-ins:

  • Fold in the diced pickles, jalapeño, green onions, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, and diced chicken. Mix until fully combined.

Chill:

  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to thicken and allow flavors to blend.

Serve:
