Ingredients

  • Arugula
  • 1 shallot thinly sliced
  • Feta crumbles
  • Honey roasted pecans
  • Dried blueberry & cranberry salad topping
  • Seedless watermelon cubed
  • Fresh basil
  • Fresh mint
  • Optional: boursin cheese crumbles for extra flavor

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup high quality balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Layer your salad, going down the list of ingredients.
  • Whisk together your dressing in a bowl or mason jar and pour on top when ready to serve.
