How to Make Boudin Dip

Cook the Boudin: In a skillet, cook the boudin sausage with ½ of the Guidry’s Trinity Mix until fully cooked. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese to the baking dish with the boudin mixture. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and garlic seasoning to taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Louisiana boudin casing removed
  • ½ Guidry’s Trinity Mix a mix of onions, bell peppers, and celery
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz sour cream softened
  • 1 bunch green onions chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup pepper jack cheese shredded
  • Cajun seasoning to taste
  • Garlic seasoning to taste
  • Toasted bread crackers, or veggies for dipping

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, cook the boudin sausage with ½ of the Guidry’s Trinity Mix until fully cooked. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions, cheddar cheese, and pepper jack cheese to the baking dish with the cooked boudin. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and garlic seasoning to taste, and mix everything together until well combined.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the dip for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  • Serve hot with toasted bread, crackers, or fresh veggies for dipping.
