Main Dish:

  • 100% grass-fed ground beef
  • Broccoli florets, roughly chopped
  • Green onions
  • Avocado or olive oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Sauce:

  • Coconut aminos
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Beef broth
  • Coconut cream, unsweetened
  • Coconut sugar (optional)
  • Arrowroot starch
  • Ground ginger
  • Garlic powder

Optional:

  • Jasmine minute rice

Directions to Make Beef & Broccoli with Rice

  1. Cook the Broccoli: In a large pan, heat a small amount of avocado oil over medium heat. Add the roughly chopped broccoli florets, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until slightly tender. Remove the broccoli from the pan and set aside.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 100% grass fed ground beef
  • 1 bag of broccoli florets roughly chopped
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • Avocado or Olive Oil
  • S&P

Sauce:

  • ½ cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • cup beef broth
  • cup coconut cream unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar optional
  • 1 tbsp arrow starch
  • ground ginger
  • garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Cook down your broccoli with a little avocado oil, S&P and set to the side.
  • In the same pan add in your beef and onions, cook till done. (Drain excess grease if you have any)
  • Add broccoli back in.
  • In the mean time whisk together all ingredients for sauce, add to the beef and broccoli and let come to a simmer!!
  • Serve over minute rice Jasmine Rice!!
