How To Make Caramelized Onion Crispy Chicken Orzo

    1

Caramelize the Onions: In a deep baking dish, add sliced onions, a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, garlic & herb seasoning, and a whole garlic bulb with the top cut off. Cover with foil and bake at 400°F for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through.

    2

Prepare the Chicken: While the onions are cooking, wash and season the chicken thighs with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, Badia Complete, and poultry magic—skip the olive oil at this step.

    3

Assemble the Dish: Once the onions are ready, remove the foil. Add coconut milk, orzo, water mixed with roasted chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. Mix everything, then top with spinach and place the seasoned chicken on top.

    4

Bake and Broil: Return the dish to the oven for 35 minutes, then broil for an additional 4-5 minutes to crisp up the chicken.
