Chili Dog Sliders

These chili dog sliders are everything you love about a classic ballpark chili dog, packed into a pull-apart party slider. They’re cheesy, messy, and totally addictive. Perfect for game day, movie night, or a quick family dinner that everyone will grab seconds of without asking. No need to fuss with individual hot dogs when you can bake them all at once on a tray.

Before you get started

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grab a baking dish that fits the rolls snugly. You’ll want to use pre-cooked lil smokies or mini hot dogs for quick prep. If you’re using canned chili, heat it slightly to make spreading easier. Slice the Hawaiian rolls as one unit so they stay together when assembling.
