Chili Dog Sliders

Chili dog sliders are the ultimate party snack made with Hawaiian rolls, lil smokies, chili, and melted cheese. Baked in one pan, they’re easy to assemble and perfect for game day or quick dinners. A cheesy, saucy twist on the classic hot dog everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Hawaiian rolls 12-count
  • 6 –8 slices of cheese American or cheddar work great
  • 1 pack of lil smokies or mini hot dogs
  • 1 can of chili preferably thick-style, no bean
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Carefully slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  • Layer sliced cheese evenly across the bottom buns.
  • Place lil smokies side-by-side across the cheese layer.
  • Spoon chili evenly over the smokies.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chili.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on and press down gently.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.
  • Remove from oven, slice, and serve warm.
