- The skillet needs to be very hot, that fast sear locks in the juices.
- Cowboy butter melts fast, so add the steak right after everything comes together.
- Ribeye gives the juiciest result, but sirloin works if you need a budget swap.
What You Need To Make Steak Bites
For the Steak Bites:
- Ribeye steak, cubed
- Buttery steakhouse seasoning
- Complete seasoning
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
For the Cowboy Butter:
- Butter
- Dijon
- Worcestershire
- Parsley
- Thyme
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Creole Trinity & Herb seasoning
How to Make Cowboy Butter Steak Bites

Season the steak:
Cube the ribeye and season generously with buttery steakhouse seasoning and complete seasoning. Add a couple sprigs of rosemary.

Make the cowboy butter:
Heat a cast iron skillet over extra high heat. Add butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, parsley, thyme, black pepper, salt, and Creole Trinity and Herb. Let it melt and combine.

Cook the steak bites:
Add the seasoned steak to the hot cowboy butter. Sear on each side, tossing and spooning the butter over the cubes as they cook.

Finish:
Cook to your desired temperature. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

- 2 ribeye steaks cubed
- Season with buttery steakhouse kinders and Badia complete seasoning
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
Cowboy butter:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 tbsp Dijon butter
- 2 tsp worchesshire
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Creole Trinity and Herb Seasoning
Instructions
- In a cast iron skillet heat up to extra high heat, add butter and everything else but steak
- Once everything is combined, add in your steak bites and cook on both sides while coating with the butter. Cook till desired temp
- Serve with instant mashed potatoes
