For the Steak Bites:

  • Ribeye steak, cubed
  • Buttery steakhouse seasoning
  • Complete seasoning
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs

How to Make Cowboy Butter Steak Bites

Season the steak:
Cube the ribeye and season generously with buttery steakhouse seasoning and complete seasoning. Add a couple sprigs of rosemary.

Make the cowboy butter:
Heat a cast iron skillet over extra high heat. Add butter, Dijon, Worcestershire, parsley, thyme, black pepper, salt, and Creole Trinity and Herb. Let it melt and combine.

Cook the steak bites:
Add the seasoned steak to the hot cowboy butter. Sear on each side, tossing and spooning the butter over the cubes as they cook.

Finish:
Cook to your desired temperature. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye steaks cubed
  • Season with buttery steakhouse kinders and Badia complete seasoning
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary

Cowboy butter:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 tbsp Dijon butter
  • 2 tsp worchesshire
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Creole Trinity and Herb Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a cast iron skillet heat up to extra high heat, add butter and everything else but steak
  • Once everything is combined, add in your steak bites and cook on both sides while coating with the butter. Cook till desired temp
  • Serve with instant mashed potatoes
