  • Lucky Charms cereal (pick out the green hats & rainbows)
  • Apple Jacks cereal
  • Golden Grahams cereal
  • Green M&Ms
  • Green or gold/yellow sprinkles
  • White chocolate chips
  • Coconut oil
  • Green food dye

How To Make Leprechaun Bait

Mix the cereals: In a large bowl, combine the Lucky Charms, Apple Jacks, and Golden Grahams.

Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 25-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.

Add color: Stir in the green food dye until fully incorporated.

Coat the mix: Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and toss to coat evenly.

Spread & top: Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan, then sprinkle on the green M&Ms, Lucky Charms marshmallows, and festive sprinkles.

Ingredients
  

  • Lucky Charms cereal pick out the green hats and rainbows and set aside
  • Apple Jacks cereal
  • Golden Grahams cereal
  • Green m&ms
  • Green or Gold/yellow sprinkles
  • 2 bags white chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 drops of green dye

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix your cereals together.
  • In a separate small bowl add your chocolate chips and oil, microwave for 25 seconds at a time until melted, stirring in between! Mix in the green dye once melted
  • Pour the mixture into your bowl of cereal and mix together. Spread it out on a sheetpan, top with your green m&ms, lucky charm marshmallows, and sprinkles. Let it set for at least 45 minutes, then break apart and enjoy!
