How To Make Party Potatoes

1

In a casserole dish, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, softened cream cheese, and a splash of chicken broth. Stir until smooth and well combined.

2

Mix in the frozen diced hashbrown potatoes and your Creole Trinity & Herb seasoning. Stir until the potatoes are fully coated in the creamy mixture.

3

Add shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese to the dish. Mix well to evenly distribute the cheese throughout the potato mixture.

4

Place kettle chips in a zip-top bag and crush them lightly—leave some texture. Add grated Parmesan cheese and melted butter to the bag, seal it, and shake everything together until combined.

5

Spread the potato and cheese mixture evenly in the dish. Sprinkle the buttery chip topping across the surface.

6

Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350F for 40 minutes. Then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the edges are bubbling.
