Pork Chop Parmesan
Ingredients
- 6- pack of boneless pork chops not thin cut
- 2 eggs
- Italian bread crumbs
- Magic pork seasoning
- Italian seasoning
- EVOO extra virgin olive oil
- 1 jar of RAO’s tomato sauce
- Mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Whisk your eggs and season your bread crumbs in two separate bowls. Dip the pork chops in the egg wash first, then coat them thoroughly in the bread crumb mixture. Make sure all the pork chops are evenly coated and ready to cook.
- In a pan or skillet, add enough EVOO to cover the bottom. Once the oil is hot, place the pork chops in the pan. Cook on one side for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat on the other side. Once both sides are cooked, remove the pork chops from the oil.
