Strawberry Jalapeno Margarita

This strawberry jalapeno margarita is fresh, fruity, and dangerously easy to make. With homemade strawberry purée, a hit of tequila, and a splash of fizzy Topo Chico, it’s the kind of cocktail that tastes like summer in a glass. The tajín rim gives it that salty-spicy edge that keeps you going back for sip after sip.

Perfect for taco night, girls’ night, or just when you want to feel like you’re on vacation—no blender required.

Before you get started

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor in your purée. You can make the purée in advance and store it in the fridge if you’re batching cocktails for a group. Make sure your glass is rimmed and ready before shaking the drink so you can pour and garnish quickly while it’s still cold.

Topo Chico gives it that perfect sparkle, and a floater of Grand Marnier on top adds a smooth finish.
