Watermelon Margarita
This watermelon margarita is the perfect mix of sweet and heat, made for sipping on a warm afternoon or impressing your friends at happy hour. Juicy, ripe watermelon balances the subtle spice of fresh jalapeño, while tequila and a splash of bubbly Topo Chico bring everything to life. It’s bright, fun, and just the right amount of fiery.

Before you get started
Use fresh watermelon for the puree, it makes all the difference. Deseed your jalapeño and slice thin for a little kick without overpowering the drink. You can muddle it directly into the shaker or add it to the glass. Chill your glasses ahead of time for the ultimate refreshing sip.
