32ozchicken brothlow sodium - May need a little more if the beans soak up too much
1tbspgarlic powder
1tbsponion powder
1tbspcomplete seasoning
1tbspCajun seasoning

Instructions
1 in a stock pot add in onions, bell pepper, celery, carrots, and minced garlic. Cook until softened and fragrant
Add in ground hot sausage. Let it cook through
Add in the rest of your meats, seasoning packet from bag of beans, other seasonings listed, and can of tomatoes. Let it coo about 20 minutes to all marry together
Rinse and drain your beans at least 4 times then add to your pot. Add in your chicken broth. Cover and cook until beans are done. About 2 hours
Notes
the longer they cook the better they get but they also will get more swollen and may need a little more liquid. So keep extra on hand just incase.
