Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Badia Complete Seasoning, and Pork Magic. In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat, then brown the pork chops for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Roughly chop the apples, yellow onion, and green onions. Mince the garlic cloves.
In the same skillet, melt 2 teaspoons of butter. Add the chopped apples, onions, green onions, and minced garlic. Drizzle honey over the top, then season with salt, pepper, cinnamon, and a pinch of crushed red pepper. Let the mixture cook down, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes until the apples and onions are caramelized.
Add the chicken broth, half and half, Dijon mustard, and juice of half a lemon to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a boil. If adding pasta, stir it in now.
Return the pork chops to the skillet and add fresh thyme and sage on top. Place the skillet in the oven at 375°F and bake for 10-15 minutes until the pork chops are fully cooked.
Plate the pork chops with the caramelized apple and onion sauce on top. Serve warm and enjoy!
