This BBQ Chicken Dip is a game-day favorite! Packed with shredded chicken, creamy cheese, bold BBQ flavors, and just the right kick of spice—perfect for parties, tailgating, and fall gatherings!
In a skillet, add your oil, onion, ½ bunch green onion and pepper. Let cook 8-10 minutes till caramelized.
In a bowl, add in your cream cheese, sour cream, pepper jack cheese, chicken, banana peppers, ⅓ cup BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, seasonings, and onion mixture from step 1. Mix all together.
Put in a oven safe baking dish. Top with rest of BBQ sauce for an even layer and top with shredded Colby Jack cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbled on sides.
Top with more green onions and serve with your favorite chips. I love Fritos with this!
