Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pulled pork, softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and ½ cup of shredded Monterey jack cheese. Mix until everything is well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into an 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle the diced green chilies and green onions over the top, then layer with the remaining shredded cheddar and Monterey jack cheese.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is golden and melted.
