Brown your meat in a pan with onion mix, CTH, and pepper. Cook until brown, drain any grease.
Once you meat mixture cools slightly add in mayo and shredded cheese. Mix well
Mix up your special sauce
Lay out two sheets of foil over lapping, spray Pam and put your buns on it and slice in half.
Layer special sauce on bottom buns, add meat, pickles, cheese, then one more drizzle of sauce. Add on top buns.
Brush on melted butter combo. And wrap in foil.
Bake on 350. Directly onto the rack (this helps to toast the bottoms too) for 15 minutes. Take top foil off and bake another 5-7 minutes until golden.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and eat!
Dip in remaining sauce!! Yum!
