- Ground meat

- Black pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- Mayonnaise
- Shredded cheese

- Melted butter mixed with Worcestershire and Creole Trinity & Herb seasoning

- Pickle juice

How to Make Big Mac Sliders

Cook the Meat
In a skillet, brown the ground meat with French onion mix, Creole Trinity & Herb seasoning, and black pepper.
Drain any grease well.
Let the meat cool slightly, then stir in mayo and shredded cheese until creamy.

Mix the Special Sauce
Whisk mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
Set aside.

Prep the Rolls
Lay out two overlapping sheets of foil and spray with cooking spray.
Place the rolls on top and slice them in half horizontally.

Assemble
Spread a generous layer of Big Mac sauce on the bottom buns.
Add the meat mixture, pickles, cheese slices, and another drizzle of sauce.
Place the top buns back on.

Brush & Bake
Brush the tops with the melted butter/Worcestershire/CTH mixture.
Wrap tightly in foil.
Bake at 350°F directly on the rack for 15 minutes.
Remove the top foil and bake another 5ā7 minutes until perfectly golden.

Big Mac Sliders
Ingredients
- Kingās Hawaiian rolls
- 1 lb ground meat
- 1 packet of Lipton French onion mix
- 1 tbsp Creole Trinity and Herb Seasoning
- a few cracks of pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1-2 tbsp mayo
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- Pickles
- Cheese slices
- Melted butter mixed with 4 drops of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp Creole Trinity and Herb Seasoning
Big Mac Sauce:
- 1 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice or Peperoncini juice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Brown your meat in a pan with onion mix, CTH, and pepper. Cook until brown, drain any grease.
- Once you meat mixture cools slightly add in mayo and shredded cheese. Mix well
- Mix up your special sauce
- Lay out two sheets of foil over lapping, spray Pam and put your buns on it and slice in half.
- Layer special sauce on bottom buns, add meat, pickles, cheese, then one more drizzle of sauce. Add on top buns.
- Brush on melted butter combo. And wrap in foil.
- Bake on 350. Directly onto the rack (this helps to toast the bottoms too) for 15 minutes. Take top foil off and bake another 5-7 minutes until golden.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and eat!
- Dip in remaining sauce!! Yum!
