Ingredients

  • 1 Boursin wheel
  • 1 to 2 lemon halves cut
  • 4 –8 shallot slices
  • 1 small bulb of garlic
  • Olive oil to drizzle over
  • Black pepper
  • 1/2 lb cooked pasta

Instructions

  • Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F.
  • Mix together: squeeze garlic out of bulb and remove lemons.
  • Add in pasta with a little pasta water and stir to combine.
